help cheap flights to bangkok december/jan

hi guys, uni xmas holidays are between 12th dec - 12 jan i was wanting to fly to bangkok with my gf after christmas for 10days.. so something like 26th/27th ive got a few quotes all from 800-1200 :( which is way out of my price range anyone help? i know its peak season... but was wondering if anyone could help thanks guys

Sorry, you are absolutely right. Way too expensive - guess I booked early enough for the deals. And no way would I add on the journey to LHR from Scotland ( I am in Doncaster so only 2 hrs ). Leaving earlier seems the best solution - good luck mate and enjoy your holiday.
