Very nervous/ want it to be over. We go on our honeymoon two weeks today!- can't wait but hope weather improves a bit there.

Does this mean I am down to singles figures tommorow? I don't look as it makes me panic!!!

Hi Aimee,

Can you take me off the list please (Sept 5th).....decided to postpone wedding after trying without success to find another venue (fire engulfed our original place)
Will let you know our new date as soon as we sort ourselves out.

Hello everyone! I'm getting married on 11th June 2011. Planning ahead to get the best bargains and have enough time for LOTS of home-made items. (Plus we both turn 40 next year so too many parties already going on).

Hi everyone, I'm getting married in March 2010. Just about to start sending out the invites, though quite a few of the relatives said it's too early. Seemed a waste of stamps to send out 'save the date' cards then do the invites in January... We're trying to work to a fairly strict budget, the main expense will be a 3 course meal for about 120 people!!!

Hope all the August brides had a fabulous time.

i'm getting married 4th june 2011 and its doing my head in that its too early to do anything yet!! we've found our venue, just saving for the deposit so we can confirm the date. i think i might have to send out save the date fridge magnets or something, i cant wait another year to start getting ready for it all lol!

Hi everyone,

We are planning to get married on March 26th 2011. We got engaged almost a month ago on my birthday. Like others, I don't want to have to wait a long time but that is our circumstances. It does however, give us loads of time for planning and getting the best deals. We know where we will have the ceremony and we think we have a reception venue but we can't book it yet as it is too far in advance! I will keep checking back on the forum for everyone's advice and tips, in the meantime I'm getting used to the big sparkle on my finger!

Hi girls. I have just come back from my honeymoon and had a brilliant time. I have updated the list but don't think that it would be fair for me to keep this thread going. Although we had the perfect wedding, I found the planning very stressful and feel sick at the thought of getting involved in any kind of wedding planning stuff at the moment (very excited about getting my photo's though). I have enjoyed keeping this thread going but if there is anyone who would like to take over the thread, please let me know.
