Leaving BT completely - taking Sky line rental

i am with sky tv and pay for talk anytime but i pay bt £19 a month line rental plus what i pay sky for their package the line rental started of at £11 a month but has gone up as sky has to it has gone up from £28 a month to £37 so i am about to quit them and go to virgin who offer a better deal0

I'm not sure I understand what you're saying there but, for what it's worth, BT line rental is £13.90/month. BTW, Sky Talk Anytime is £5/month.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
