Music Magpie: new quick way to sell unwanted CDs

lol, I haven't listened to mine in years either, but it's painful accepting 50p for a cd that I absolutely love and paid a considerable amount more for. Some of them are quite rare and you just wouldn't get them again. Had they accepted all my iffy stuff too it wouldn't be so hard, but I'm going to be left with a really bad music collection
But, I know I know, I don't use them therefore I don't need them.0 -
Maybe the more rare ones you think you'd get more for you could sell elsewhere, like eBay etc.. and the ones you're not too fussed about getting rid of you can give to MM?\\ Debt Free April 2008 //\\ Single Mummy to 1 boy - 4 years & 5 months old //\\ Last weeks spend: £139.39 - 2 NSDs //0

I keep telling myself the same thing - they're just gathering dust (and I hate dusting!) so they may as well go for 25p or whatever. You have to really love something to keep hold of it forever, but when you can replace stuff again really cheaply on ebay or something..0

It takes less than 2 minutes to list a CD on Play.com - might be worth checking out if you really don't want to part with them so cheaply or they are rare. I sold two on there today, both for about £5 each. All you need is the barcode number so its not really any more work than using MMNot been here in years! Hi everyone. just to say Ive finally recieved my cheque from MM through the post today.
Nothing I had there I didnt want to part with and I expect they would have struggled to sell at car boot.
God knows whos going to buy them off MM though- but I got 7 quid for 6, so not bad really considering they were all tat. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

Is Play cheaper to sell than Amazon? I've listed loads on Amazon at the moment as the prices are way better than MM.0

I've not sold CDs and DVDs on Amazon so can't tell you if the fees are less but there is more competition than on Play.com. Play take 50p for each sale plus 10%Not been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/1550
