I'm still excitedly waiting with baited breath to discover which (or both) category I fall into - retard or rabid dog.

It's a shame some people have to resort to personal insults just because someone else's opinion differs from their own

I think it's perfectly reasonable to say if you don't like their terms don't use them. It's certainly not "defending" them either.

Withholding your custom is the only way you'll make a company change. You could try appealing to their charitable nature, but I doubt you'd get very far.

    you fall into neither.

and you're right re personal insults.

but look at it this way: someone comes onto the board, never having used ryanair, doesn't understand the business model and finds they've been charged loads more than the headliner price.

response from experienced ryanair crowd? OMG aren't you thick!

helpful, eh? can anyone think of a better way to scare off a 'newbie'?

the board isn't about 'opinions', it's about facts and how to navigate yourself around them to get the best deal. the ultimate mse experience.

very true incapuppy, he has a habit of joining threads and posting personal insults, and his usual style is not naming those he is insulting, "they know who they are " he whines

why not james, who do you mean, dogs, retards, apologists, saddos, people hiding behind pc's.

be brave james, why are you so scared to name who you are insulting

there are several of us who you feel the need to insult, ill start the ball rolling..

fill in the blanks with names

no doubt you will be too scared to name anyone, so why dont you stop being childish and stop insulting those who have a pro ryanair stance
