I need a can of condensed soup but only have a normal cream of chicken one. Will this be OK or too runny - I thought I'd miss or reduce the thinning down with cream bit out.
Don't see why this won't workAs you say, it might just be a little more runny

How do I get from chicken stock to chicken, noodle & sweetcorn soup??? (in simple easy terms please!) Thanks

Hi skint_catt,
I've made chicken noodle soup and chicken and sweetcorn soup but never combined the two.
Chicken noodle, I fry a very finely chopped onion then add black pepper and stock (sometimes I also add a stock cube for extra flavour) then add cooked chicken pieces and noodles. Simmer until the noodles are cooked.
Chicken and sweecorn, again fry a finely chopped onion. Add sweetcorn and stock and simmer for about 20 minutes. Use a hand blender to blend to a smooth soup then stir in a little cream and some finely chopped chicken pieces.
