Oh mardatha, I'm sorry, what a waste of your meat and your time cooking it. Why did you freeze it? I thought you were going to put it into the fridge?

Hi All,

Just wanting to know the above really - would like to make some up at the weekend for lunches throughout the week but not sure how long it would keep in the fridge.

Oo and roasted veg too! Would that be ok in the fridge for a few days?

I would keep couscous mixed with roasted veg in a covered container in the fridge for about three days.

I'll add this into the Quick Questions on food safety / sell by / use by dates thread once you've had more opinions.

I don't find my couscous keep that long, 2 days at the most for me, then it starts to smell. You will know when it's off Lowesy it smells really sweet and sickly. VEg three days no bother. X
