Hi,
My search facility seems to have packed up - looking for ultra-cheap and healthy recipes to help me through both a rather cash-strapped month and also the first month of my diet - any ideas/links?
Much appreciated!0 -

Hey, have been over on another thread a lot, by Weezl, about making a cheap and healthy meal plan.
This is the website it has created

Sage.....and sugegstions of what I can do with it?!
My nan has given me a huge bunch of fresh sage from her garden, and I don't want to waste it. I know I can dry it but what recipes can I use in it? I can only think of stuffing!! And I'm veggie so don't make it very often!
TIA

You can also freeze sage. I've done this with bunches bought cheap at the supermarket.
But you can also add it to eggy dishes.Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
Hi All,
Please help me before I go bananas... Recently (last month, maybe?) there was a thread question asking about a recipe for a scottish cheesecake tart. The name is ironic, i think, as it is actually a pastry base with jam and then a sponge mix on top (kind of like a bakewell tart without the icing?) and after searching back for an hour i can't find it (SOB! i am going senile at 32...)
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE help me find it as I am baking for my son's middle school summer fete early next week and I desperately wanted to try it out
Many thanks in advance!
