Hey all....
FINALLY got my hands on some soda bread flour. BUT have forgotten the other way of making buttermilk. Is it a pint and two teaspoons of lemon juice or something else?

A good dollop of lemon juice or vinegar should curdle it . I shake it up to speed that process up!
Can you make home made buttermilk will have more details . Let us know how the soda goes! :j
