top for DD1 from charity shop

    Out

a cardboard box of plant pots to charity shop

We have a fantastic local village charity shop that is not linked to any particular charity and the prices are so much better than the big named ones in the local city. It's a bit addictive though.

House move is looming, planned for 2 weeks time; I'm really pleased I did so much decluttering in the last couple of months - thanks freecyclers!!

    last 2 weeks:

    In
boxes, bubble wrap, vac storage bags etc for packing
    new vac
    new office chair
flatpack office furniture (some to stay in boxes until after the move)
    new pc and printer
    first aid kit refills
    4 books (xmas presents)

    Out (mostly freecycled)
    empty flatpack boxes
    old office chair
    flower and veg seeds
    2 tall shelf units
5 empty shoe boxes (to a freecycler for the shoebox appeal)
toiletries (following newly discovered allergies )

Pending (spoken for and will be collected soon)
    old desk
    very large bookcase
    folding table
    bedside cabinet
assorted small items for charity sale
    old vac

I'm using up store cupboard and freezer stocks, hope to turn the freezer off next weekend so I can clean it ready for the move.

my next decluttering job was to be the christmas decs but will leave that till after the move now, dsis will have the outgoing for her charity sale so its already spoken for.

    happy days! :D

    Im back -

Im hopeless if I dont follow threads, but then I follow threads and feel like Im spending all my time on the PC and not doing what I should be doing, so I STOP following the thread with the intention of getting on with it! But then I lose my way!

So here I am - Ive been decluttering for months and am still no further forward.... :rotfl: but not to worry, Ive found my way back to the thread!

Anyway, I have since put a wardrobe in my bedroom which is the first time since Ive lived in this house! (Over 3 years) and have filled it - but havent actually cleared it out.

And I seemed to have worked myself into a position where I am clearing stuff out of rooms, i.e. clothes etc, and then keeping it in an 'EBAY' pile and never getting round to listing stuff on Ebay cos its just so TIME-CONSUMING!!!

Anyway - hopefully I can get on with it now! xx
