the only problem with getting to the bottom of the ironing pile ...is realising you don't have enough storage to put it all away!

I need a cull of bedlinen - especially the threadbare stuff!

Out: The letter, plus 2 bags of rubbish including the magazine I bought yesterday.
  • I've never posted to this thread but used to read the original "enough is enough" thread for de-cluttering inspiration, and have just read this one from start to finish over several weeks. I'd just like to say thanks to everyone who posts on behalf of us lurkers, and to comment on how lovely you all sound and are never judgemental to anyone. :A

I don't often post, I just read this site for tips and ideas, but when I did feel compelled to post about Ebay's policy on compulsory free postage for some categories the other day (which I believe is unfair) I got several snippy comments from people saying basically put up or shut up, stop moaning, not the attitude I was expecting from this site at all. I won't be posting on the Ebay threads again, I can tell you.

Anyway, just wanted to thank you all for being such an inspiration, I've put lots of clutter up for sale as a result of this thread, rather than just saying I'll do it later. The place is looking much nicer already. :T

    Hi newbies

Topbargainhunter, stick with us, you won't get any snippy remarks on here (unless you manage to declutter in a matter of weeks, and then I won't be responsible for my comments :D )

Princess lou, check Ebay for baby clothes, some do sell, especially anything with a designer label. Failing that, try Freecycle, I'm sure someone would be really grateful.

Today In Nothing :j Out Nothing :o Oh, forgot, some rice for lunch, and veg and pork chops for dinner. Also may manage to get rid of a few Quality Street later :D
