I am well and truly back on the decluttering bandwagon.

Dad and I have spent half an hour breaking down storage boxes that have been sitting empty at the top of the stairs for about two months! These are now in the recycling wheelie.

I have also managed to clear the landing of other stuff and filled a black sack with ebay postage materials that I have been keeping forever and offered them on freecycle together with another post of a huge bag of digital photography magazines.

This clears most of the top landing which has been an obstacle course for ages now.

I am just about to put some more stuff up in the loft but, boy, does getting that area outside our bedroom clear feel good!

Have listed a metal detector (which OH is never going to use) in the local paper for next week too, so hopefully will find a new home and make a few pounds too!
