    Hiya guys,
I desperately need to declutter, both in my flat and at work (I'm a live-in-carer) so can I join you guys?

    Pending
Loads and loads and loads:eek: in both places:eek: Can you help me:o

    HWGA xx

Hi HWGA, I think the main thing with decluttering is to start small, just pick one small area - even one drawer is a start! Try not to get distracted by other clutter - finish the area you're on first. (I've done this before and then realised pretty much the whole contents of the room is on the floor and it's 10pm and I can't be bothered to continue with it!)

    Hi,
I've just started getting into the declutter habit again. I'm so proud of my achievments in the last couple of days. I have Freecycled:

    An office chair
    A high chair
    A U.S mail box!
    2 old rugs
    A sewing machine
    A TV stand

I'm also sorting out stuff to go to the charity shop. I picked up a pair of jeans from Freecycle the other day but as they are high waisted and not my thing they are going straight into the charity shop bag so they don't hang around here too long!

I am really clearing the shed out, it's a lot of fun!
I'm so sorry if you were enjoying this thread and mine is the last post!!

I seem to have a nasty habit of killing threads!

Am having another go at decluttering:

Out: 3 large carriers of bits and pieces towards a charity fete
We don't need to do it perfectly - good enough is exactly that GOOD ENOUGH.
