Dial Up Internet

Can someone please recommend a reliable dial up service? I am looking for something which is stable, fast, has unlimited usage per month & cheap (I am already paying £18 for broadband)!
Thank you in advance.

If you have BB why do you need dial-up?

  • Thank you both for your replies.

Has anyone has any experience with Fast4net, Zaggle or supanet? They both have unlimited packages below £9.

I was with Fast4 for over four years before I went onto BB in April this year.
As far as I know it`s £6-99 a month for unlimited download.
  • If I was to join Fast4Net how would I connect? I have downloaded BT’s dial up software, would I simply change the number to the one provided by Fast4Net or do I have to wait for a disk?

There seems to be a lot of bad reviews on Fast4net; have you had any problems?

Can you get fast dial up?

If you have an o2 phone you can get their broadband for £7.50 a month

Unlimited, stable and a lot cheaper than you are paying now

I have a broadband connection (be* unlimited) but I now need an unlimited & reliable dial up service. Fast4Net seem the cheapest but there are lot of negative reviews & comments out there.

Do you think I would have stayed with them for four years if they were that bad?

I was paying Fast4 £15-95 a month just for BB and on a 12 month contract.
When they altered their T&C`s it gave me the chance to switch and get my MAC code free and without penalties.

I moved to TalkTalk in April and pay £16-39 a month for BB,plus free evening and weekend calls, plus free international calls to 36 destinations, anytime day or night.

So I`m now paying half of what I was for BB with F4 plus BT charges.
It was a no-brainer and TalkTalk is the best move I ever made.

Anyway the question was about dial-up.
