  • Its a COMPLETE waste of time bothering to write to them regarding missing ASOS points:

I again wrote them regarding my missing ASOS order here's the response below.

I actually placed 2 orders with ASOS and have had NO POINTS credited for either purchase, and I know I am not the only one here.

Although I was surprised to receive a response in such a short space of time. At least they did actually bother this time - and she didn't accuse me of being thick and unable to click on a correct link like she has done previously though.

With 300,000 active members, there will be some members who will have queries with regards to their accounts.
The ASOS offer is issuing PiggyPoints, and there are purchases tracked for many of our members.

Unfortunately with regard to the previous ASOS query, I cannot credit Points for that purchase, however if you have any other queries, please let me know and I will be happy to help.

    Kind Regards,

    Rachel

What a shame that there'll be no L2S vouchers until December, if at all! icon9.gif But I am quite happy with Boots ones (and to those who say Boots are expensive - yes - unless you know how to work the system ;)).

Thank you Darragh for coming back and explaining your side of the story. I have to say that, in my experience, even though I have had a couple of problems with PB, they have been dealt with reasonably swiftly and efficiently (okay, it took me 3 months to get my L2S voucher but PB were nice about it and did get it sorted in the end :D).

You can get good deals in Boots - look for 3 for 2 or any discounts!!!! We bought some presents in Boots using 3 for 2 offer and we got 3 gifts worth £10 each for £20!!! The same items in other shop where £9 each - I reckon I still saved some!!!!!!!

If you combine Boots vouchers and use vouchers from the advantage card machine then you are onto a winner. I rarely leave Boots without gaining advantage points to the value of what I have spent. For example on Saturday I used vouchers from the machine, got a free Toni and Guy mini worth £1.59 and got 100 points worth £1 for buying a 99p toothpaste. I then save my points and spend them on xmas pressies, clothes for my children........!!

Yes, or even better, you can spend £10 in Boots and get £10 back in points... See the Boots thread on Grabbit ;)

Edit: Great minds and all that, eh savingsgirl :)

How about "Boots Wine" then? Now don't tell me you are tee-total..... :rotfl:

Honest, have a good root round boots.com, it would be amazing if there is absolutely nothing you can spend a 'free' tenner on

i agree i got this exact same email from rachel, waste of time, free points not being credited is one thing but when you purchase something there should be better systems in place, i mean Tesco never fail credit your clubcard points or Nectar..and if they did at least their customer service personnel are more polite
