    In the middle of the page are advertising banners (squares). And just under them are 10 points (in purple - pinkish background). Refresh page few time if you don't see any!!!

    I'm afraid I wasn't able to log in as I thought on Thursday or Friday due to some personal business and workload. Plus, as many of you have kindly pointed out, I'm not paid to spend the day answering your queries here, much as I think it's needed.

    So a new forum thread eh? Wow, to think this was all caused by us! Well it goes to show that we're offering something of interest.

    Having read all of your posts I really have to ask some of you to step back and take a deep breath and look at the fact that this is one website dealing with x amount of people and having to help most of them with their queries. The negative, smarmy attitude doesn't help and isn't appreciated, since we're only trying to help as much as we can.

    If you can show me websites that either have no problems or have rapid response customer service for complicated issues where you can actually provide us with no proof of what you've done, I'd appreciate it! I'm not trying to excuse us or anything, what I'm asking for you all to do is drop the "high and mighty" attitude. It's nice to be nice.

    The latest update on this is that it may be December before this happens, if at all. We will be replacing them with Boots vouchers (due live today or tomorrow) and others which have to be confirmed.

    * eBay points being credited

    Again, if you've registered with eBay for the first time through Pigsback.com and made a bid on an item your PiggyPoints should be credited. If you are having problems, email postmaster including your confirmation email, an alternative address we can cc you on and if you'd like us to telephone you a telephone number...

    * Lightspeed points being credited

    So far over 10,000 members have had their lightspeed points credited fine. Not sure why you would have problems. If you are having problems, email postmaster including your confirmation email, an alternative address we can cc you on and if you'd like us to telephone you a telephone number...

    * six genuinely NEW click-throughs appearing

    Ah, an interesting one that I've followed up on. Right. Apologies for the mixed messages on this...

    One - we update the site with 6 10PP offers every week. As I said there may be some mid week but the norm is 6 on a monday before 12.

    Two - you only see the offers that are in your chosen categories on your homepage. The other 10PP offers are in the other sections on site.

    Three - (and I'm sorry I haven't said this before but only found out) if you've already got 10PP for clicking through on an offer (as in if we had it on 10PP before, you WON'T get it again)

    We make an effort to have new ones up every week but we can't always guarantee it...

    So if you've alresady got 10 PP from clicking through on these offers previously, you won't get them again. Which seems fair... Again, sorry about any confusion I caused there!

    Terribly unfair comment. MAJORLY unfair! We reply to in excess of 500 individual queries every day. The reasons people don't get replies are they haven't us added to safe lists or contact lists, their email filter settings are off, their ISP blovks our mails, they haven't included their registered pigsback.com email address so we can't check their account, they don't include other contact details, they'll have a query like "my voucher hasn't arrived" and they ordered it the day before, they put a wrong address (or more often NONE) on their accounts, they haven't specified which of the 3 or 4 vouchers they've ordered hasn't arrived etc etc. You're being unfair and unrealistic here and it's a real pity you've got this view. It goes back to the attitude not being appreciated thing again. It's nice to be nice.

    *Snapfish points are credited

    I'll ensure that this is done on Friday of this week. No idea why it hasn't happened but again if you are having problems, email postmaster including your confirmation email, an alternative address we can cc you on and if you'd like us to telephone you a telephone number...

    *Tracking for ASOS points will ever work

    Again wasn't aware we'bve had problems and I'm assured it's working. If you went through a paged saved in your favourites, don't do that and if you're looking for points owed, send your receipt into postmaster including your confirmation email, an alternative address we can cc you on and if you'd like us to telephone you a telephone number...



    A lot of you have given us/me positive feedback for coming on here and "facing" you lot. I enjoy it and I really want your help in improving the website, but PLEASE be aware we're doing what we can, we're not complacent on issues and we're trying our best!

    My boyfriend joined last week only and he definately haven't had click through on Dream Ireland cottages, but there is no 10p for it!! I am sure I haven't clicked on it before either, but I don't have 10 p... I am a member just a few weeks as well.

    Thanks for coming on again Darragh....thought that some of us had scared you off permanently. Most of us here just want pigsback to be the best site that it can be. On occasion someone doesn't get the answer they think they should, eg, your systems showing they didn't use a pigsback link, when they are sure that they did. I'm sure you can understand that people can get frustrated.

    As regard emails...would it be possible for you to set up an auto responder? Something simple such as...."Thank you for your email and we will reply as soon as possible". At least this way people could see that their email has been received and is likely to encourage people to be a little more patient. Sometimes with the internet it is difficult to tell if your email has been received until you get a reply....and all of us can understand the quantities of emails that you have to wade through each day.

    Also didn't get the Dream Ireland Cottages click through....but 5 is great for me, as I only got 3 last week.

    There are a bunch of questions on another thread I know a lot of people would appreciate it if you could pop your head on this thread...even if it is only briefly to say that you'll answer them eventually.

  • Darragh....I appreciate you, but then so far I have absolutely nothing to complain about, I would have loved to see the L2Shop vouchers back for good, but if they can't be then they can't and Boots will do me fine!.

    Thanks for trying to sort everything out, the way I see it is that pigsback and you are trying to sort things out for people and in my eyes thats the best you can do and we as the public can ask!
