I just queried them again about this, and this is their reply:PiggyPoints won't be paid out on purchases made with a voucher - your case is more rare, as many people use a voucher worth £8.99 and pay £1 and want the full Points Reward.
This obviously is not fair to a member who pays full price, as in they are getting the same PiggyPoint Reward and with the offer now changed to PiggyPoints per £ spent this would be especially unfair.
The way the data is sent back and forth between our site and CD-WOW's means we have a limit to what we can and cannot so.
At the moment the best way to work is to stop Points being credited on all purchases made with vouchers.
However I appreciate your position in that what you are spending far outweighs the value of the voucher and I will bring this up with the team, to see if it's feasible to change this in the future.
Kind Regards,
Rachel
Sooo - dunno what's going on. Should I get a voucher, click through them and hope that somehow it will slip through, or not get a voucher and expect 700 points? From the way she worded that, it sounded like they had set it up so you couldn't get points if you used a voucher, but obviously that's not working that way (unless I've just scuppered it!!). :eek:0
