Morning Ladies!!
Have been lurking a lot this week - found going back to work quite stressful - working more hours than I should to keep up - so flying has suffered a bit - however with a bright sunny morning I've found renewed vigour!
I've managed to:
peg 2 loads of washing - before school!! and no, I can't say they are with matching pegs - haven't got that little quirk!
folded up the solar cover for the paddling pool and one of the water sprayers - bottom of pool still to be cleaned - I'm leaving that until after lunch!!
hoovered all through including edges and stairs - phew
tidied DD and DS rooms - but still have various hot spots there to deal with.
Having a coffee and a twink for the moment - have just told Mills and Boon book club that I am not paying postage on 2 books I didn't order as I cancelled the subscription after getting my 2 freebies! so result I can donate them to the doctor's surgery as they won't refund my postage - might have a sneaky read first mind!! Not really my bag but a bit of light reading once in a while...
Still need to menu plan for the week - budget is really tight as I've paid out tons on new school shoes/trainers/footie boots - for a child that doesn't even like football!! as well as new uniform for DS who moved to High School.
Also need to wipe skirtings before I move back furniture and tackle a few carpet stains and wipe the walls - again!!
So that should keep me busy until lunchtime when I can have a choice of reheated soup, pizz or risotto - all leftovers from the week. MAybe not the soup as it's such nice weather.
Must get to the market for F & V and also yet more milk - only got 8 pints on Wednesday and it's all gone bar a pint! Only 2 kids drinking it - I have skimmed - might have to start watering it more often!!
Hoping ot get to the gym tonight when the sprogs are at choir/kids' club but may have to go to Mr T too - h and mustn't forget to get a pressie for friend's babe who is being christened at the weekend - that's 1 meal less too as we've been invited to the shindig after as well!
Right - will catch up on the posts later - haven't read any today so hope you are all well, hugs to those who need it - we seem to have so many woes but what a great palkce to share and get great advice and support. Thanks ladies!!

Pigpen that's how I would have done it, like you say MACAW is very personal, doesn't even need to be housework related. It can be but can also be being nice to everyone (ok well maybe not one for pigpen) not buying one of the weekly magazines to save some money, buying a value/shops own brand instead of a more expensive one for something, get out of bed 5 minuts earlier etc etc etc. I know what mine is for next week already, I think I need to do mine on a daily basis
Right time to drag DP out of his pit, catch you all later xxx
Oh before I forget I need to pick your brains, any nice present ideas for a special little boy who will be 1 year old in 3 weeks time ???(well 3 weeks and one day) It's Matthews first birthday which is something at one point we didn't think he'd see so want something special. Can spend about £100 but will put whatevers left into his savings account if I buy something for less. One day I might be more organised...........
GC: £200
