  • BUTTONS!!! This is still tiny! What do I do???

Count me in to do my best next week - work and study permitting.

Soappie - thank you. I'll let you know. I don't think I've ever been there and now find that's part of our Roots.
But I've never heard of vegetable beds with laminate floors!:rotfl::rotfl:

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I really must check my posts, but I did say this is very small! (That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it)

SS - how did the gymnastics go?

Froddington - glad to hear your Dad's doing well.

Thank you all for your good wishes for DD. She's still feeling rough but can't take time off work because they are so awkward if she does. I've told her she'll just have to take her meds with her and if she needs me, I'll go over Bristol for her. I know I can call my boss and tell her that's what I'm doing and she'll say it's OK.

The soon-to-be study is now on hold as I've decided that while we've got an empty room we should move the dining room, decorate that and the lounge then shift everything back before we bring the study downstairs IYSWIM.

All my dailies were done today, and I've vaccuumed upstairs, done a load of washing and most of the ironing. Some of myt washing had to go in the dryer as it was still damp, but at least it's had a good airing.

Polkadot - that is fabulous. Well done! I know which cake I'd prefer! :T

AnW's mum - so sorry for your friend and her mother.

Pigpen - How very dare you?:eek::eek: Now I'm going to have to think about that as well as getting decorating done.

Off to watch Tess, but I hope someone can tell me what's wrong with this. It's the only site that it's happened to so I'm very puzzled.

Anyway, I'm off so goodnight to all and hugs to everyone. Sleep well. x

Polkadot - fantastic cake. Congratulations, and as Valli says, well done on having the cards with you!

Froddington - I was thinking that maybe a couple of extra days between Tuesday and Wednesday would be useful. Maybe we could start a campaign?!

I won't be joining you this week as I'm away for work Tues/Wed/Thur and then on holiday from Friday to the following Tuesday, so although I might drop in tomorrow, I'll see you back on next week's thread. For the moment, I'm just trying to cope with the influx of giant man-eating spiders (one last night, which my cousin and I managed to outwit together - one operating the nozzle of the hoover, the other the power; one so far tonight which I squashed with a book... ) I really can't deal with any more of them as I'm seriously phobic!

I'm going to try and be in this week, if only dailies! :o

After a week of "college" and disappearing up my own bottom as my time management is just shot to pieces and I can't seem to find the time or the energy to get everything done, I just want to say

Those of you who go out to work/college whatever full time (or even part-time!) and have kids I'm amazed at what you manage!:T:T:T :o:o:o
