Just about finished my list, just got to ring little bro and do the meal plan. I will do both of those whilst I prep dinner (chicken and mushroom pie, yum!)

Have a good holiday Poohbear, but if you are coming up Aberdeen way we haven't seen the sun for a few days now :-(

  • No Toots, there's no requirement for me to be in attendance, it's a school choir. DD3 has support through school, and probably needs some supervision while there, but not sure what the school have a duty to provide.

Anyway, it was neither here nor there in the end, because she REALLY didn't want to go, neither did DD2, so I just thought, d'you know what... life's too short to have the row!

Going to watch Lazytown with the children!!

As far as I am aware the school have no obligation for after school activities.. they are responsible for providing extra support during school time because school IS compulsory. After school activities are not therefore either they simply state children who need extra support cannot go or they put conditions on it.. ie you stay too.

I'd talk to the school about it if I were you, one of the TA's might be happy enough to stay voluntarily but it is best to know wher eyou and they stand from a legal perspective.

Nearly all the washing is dry, folded and put away. Just two things still out there. I'll have to get them in before I go to work and just sling them over the banister if they're not dry.

I planted the shrub I bought on Saturday and the loose daffodils (fill a pot). I want to go and buy more plants now! Immediately!
