    hope you will find the following information helpful.

    Having personally spoke to you today Thursday 9th December 2004 with regards to your order reference:

    I can confirm that once your order has been despatched you will receive a email confirming this. Therefore, once you receive this email please contact BT Direct on 0800 102 800 and one of my colleagues will be more than happy to refund the difference as requested. I trust this is satisfactory to you.

    I did slip in the ASA and claiming 'bargan offer',

    It's still a good deal at 280 inc delivery though (An even better deal for those fortunate enough to get it at 245!! ;) )

    Hopefully,mine will be here tomorrow sometime (Ordered this morning around 10am and ended up paying 282 for next day del)
