Take care especially if a lady doing viewings alone, make sure you have an escape exit, leave the back door slightly ajar and don't go into bedrooms first etc..... 99% of people are fine just the odd one out there, take care.my bark is worse than my bite!!!!!!!!0

I work for a property auction company and we do the viewings for a lot of the properties. One of our regular sellers does his own viewings though, but never shows up! So of course I get the phone calls pouring in.
It's not fun, I wish people would just start doing what they say they will!Just because you made a mistake doesn't mean you are a mistake.0 -

What a foolish comment. The buyers are perhaps plotting to murder an innocent neighbour and brought along their parents and family to help? :rolleyes:0 -
Maybe the agent was standing on a 'shaky' chair somewhere , with a rope around their neck.0

The viewers who come with an axe are alright though, because if the door swings shut, they will help you get out again.terrierlady wrote: »Take care especially if a lady doing viewings alone, make sure you have an escape exit, leave the back door slightly ajar and don't go into bedrooms first etc..... 99% of people are fine just the odd one out there, take care. After the uprising of the 17th June The Secretary of the Writers Union
Had leaflets distributed in the Stalinallee Stating that the people
Had forfeited the confidence of the government And could win it back only
By redoubled efforts. Would it not be easier In that case for the government
To dissolve the people
And elect another?0 -

What do EAs ACTUALLY do??
IMO, they provide an advertising service, a contact service, print off some property particulars, rarely do their own viewings, and pass on bids. Oh and they drive the lcoal market prices up because they take 1-3% commission and its in their interests.
You have more options than you think you know - sell the property yourself online, do your own particulars, do your own viewings (which will be better) and be open and welcoming for any bids (by email?). And save yourself some money.0
