    Evening,

Ive had a very lazy weekend, i havent done much at all this weekend!! I went to OH's yesterday and popped round there again today to give him some money from his items i sold on ebay. Although i forgot to give him the money and went home with it again! He washed my car for me bless him, it needed it and i wanted it to look clean before it goes in for its major service.

Ive been looking on rightmove and found the perfect new build flat its a 2 bed with en suitenand directly behind where i live at my parents now. Even better is its only £550 a month! All the ther 2 beds around here in horrible areas are £600 plus. It would be perfect for us close to my parents, modern and 2 beds.

But it we went for it and rented now, that would mean we wouldnt be able to save any money per month until the baby comes. Plus we would need to buy furniture etc so would eat into our house deposit.

The ideal plan for us was to save up as much money and vouchers as possible for baby bits, furniture. From now until January. Oh i wish i hadnt of looked on rightmove now.

I suppose you need to factor in how likely you are to get another flat to rent for £550? If you end up paying say £650 then that its £1200 difference in 12 months so might have been just as economical to use the savings for furniture then pay £100 back per month into the savings. Then you could have your own home and be settled sooner.

Just another way of looking at it, I am sure you will make the decision that is right for you at the right time.

    Good luck

After alot of headache we have decided not to rush and try for that flat, although it is perfect! :( We would both feel better if we had some more money behind us before moving out. Im hoping there will be something similar around after christmas when we want to move out.

Anyway day off work today!:j ahhhh, im still in bed! I just signed upto bingo chest as they were giving £10 cashback for £10 wager plus £20 bonus. So i thought id see if i could win some money.

My OH has his car going in for its VIC test 2morrow, it should pass no problems as it passed the MOT. Yet again im sure his wasted aload of time, money and effort on it as now golf gti's seemed to have dropped in price and you could pick up the same reg Gti for the same amount of money his spent on repairing a CAT C!! When will he learn i just dont know.:confused:

    Todays to do list:

    - Go through the rest of CD's to send off to musicmagpie
    - Do a few Dooyoo reviews
    - Do all surveys they may pop into my inbox
    - Do ALL cashback clicks
    - Hunt for things to list on ebay

That is probably a good idea about the flat. I try and stay away from Rightmove etc as I always get tempted.

    Afternoon,

This morning i felt sooo sick, at first i thought morning sickness but then i had a funny tummy too so realised its coz i had to drop my car off in the morning and i was nervous. As i was fine when i got home from doing dropping it! Oh dear im so strange when it comes to leaving my car at garages. Its only a car i duno whats wrong with me!!!:rotfl:

And i was told to drop it off at 9am so they can get started as it will take all day as its an engine out job. fair enough but......my friend who delivers car parts to garages just text me to say its still parked up outside the garage!!! And its 12.30pm!!!:confused::confused:They best not phone me and say it needs to stay in over night as they havent finished it, i will not be best pleased as they told me 1 day.

Anyway, ive done 2 Dooyoo reviews this morning. I still nedd 10k points to get a voucher though so im a long way off yet!

Imagine what you will be like when the baby comes along if you are that nervous about leaving your car hehe. Seiously though hope they manage to do it today.

That is really annoying about the bingo, sometimes they make it so difficult.

Garages, and dentist/doctor waiting rooms make me my tummy bubble with nerves!

Garages are mainly because i worry the men will try and rip me off or damage my car. Im fine with garages ive already been to, but this one i havent so i dont know how good they are a friend told me to use them but warned me the man is a bit pervy!!, and leaving my car that cost me all my savings with them worries me!

Im hoping i will be fine when the baby comes, if im nervous which i probably will be seeing this will be my 1st then ive got my OH and family there for support. :)
