Talk Talk Price Increase?

I received a phone call from talk talk & as a "loyal customer" they're offering for my "talk talk international" contract to be renewed for 18 months with a guarantee that the price won't increase (£20.49 p/m)plus half price for 2 months. I was wondering if there's a possibility they're about to hike their prices? Not sure whether to tie in for another 18months - does this sound like a good deal or should I shop around?
