This may help! My sky card recently became faulty. I phoned sky up. They sent a new one free of charge.0

I managed to get a free pay per views for a couple of months.Then I got a very stern letter from sky warning about account irregularities. Told account would be terminated if it happenned again.
Still didnt have to pay for them though!!! ;D0
