Sometimes a bit hidden away I'm afraid - one was in the Internet section - not only was the OP asking about internet access but also phoning home from Dominican Republic.
And the times when I haven't mentioned it, but found other info, it's come from there. Another very useful resource is

this has details of all the world's GSM networks, though it can be a little out of date, as I found out recently looking up Barbados - two networks had merged in June!0 -
