    Good luck toochoosey.

If you have one of the NHS stop smoking clinics near you, you should get your nicotine replacement therapy by prescription; or if you've successfully gone a couple of weeks your GP should prescribe it for you.

I'm being all good and munching my fruit pieces... I bought an apple snack pack and grape snack pack from Asda for 20p each this morning (as well as a pack of mango and a pack of pineapple). For lunch though I just HAD to buy some humous and black olives.

For some reason I just can't eat enough fruit at the moment...

I went through a phase of gorging on fruit - cherries, plums, strawberries, apples - pretty much anything except bananas. I'm going through a craving for cr*p at the moment which I am doing my best to resist. Not so much pizza or burgers but things like meat paste on toast or tinned rice pudding:o

Thanks Red - will hopefully get a decent pic or 2 to post...

Swimming was good, and will be trying to do it three times a week, not sure that will necessarily still happen when it gets cold!!

I ate masses of fruit for the first 20 weeks or so. Now i just want junk like biscuits and pastries :) I'm way beyond caring what I weigh, I've put on loads of weight but just avoid the scales now.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
