Morning all - am off for a swim, and starting the first whole day of having given up smoking. So think good vibes for me, I have to say Mr Flowers is being very very unsurpportive, not knowingly though.

    Where are all the smileys

SF - good luck with the no smoking - I told Wayne that he had to give up or I'd tell his son/daughter that daddy was a selfish git who'd rather die than give up smoking and spend time with his child (yes I am THAT biatchy and I think Wayne didn't know whether or not I was bluffing)... but he's now gone two and a half weeks without smoking! It is hard though - so bloody good luck hun.

Sammy - hope you have a wonderful holiday.

RS - hope you feel better soon

Luc - you're evil I really want a hot chocolate and danish (you can keep the pecan maple I really like the custard ones but I guess they're a no-no cos of the eggs
