Dial BB Connection to AOL

Since AOL switched over to Dial BB connecting you to the internet, has anyone had any problems with it. I am pulling my hair out.

what kind of problems are you having? I had a few difficulties when it changed over but I'm all sorted now so maybe I can help?0

the problems are that I cant keep my connection, I have to phone them up everyday to get the connection, they talk you through certain steps and tell me that everything will be fine when its not !!! The next day I have lost the connection. The latest is that there is a seize on my telephone line yet Bt say there is nothing wrong with the line and we cant get connected until the 18th Sept, but as you can tell we are on line now.0

oh yeah, had problems all day yesterday and today, technical support wouldnt/couldnt help as I have a belkin router and wouldnt tell me the new settings other to say that I had to put dialbb into the username detail, I managed to get mine to work by changing the encapsulation to LLC from vc/mux, might be worth giving this a try.
Does anyone know what the change to dialbb means?0
