Great offer from Bulldog not to cancel

Hi,
I shifted over to Bulldog 6 months ago. The offer was unlimited 8meg broadband and telephone line rental for £26 for 6 months. The start was rocky but eventually things settled down.
Since the six months were up I called in to give my notice. I got a call from retention department who offered another 6 months for £17.5 for 8meg unlimited broadband and telephone line rental included.
I think this is a great deal. I am sure not everybody can take advantage of it but I wanted to let you guys know so that it might helkp somebody, hopefully.

The start was terrible but over the months they have settled down. It took a complaint to OFTEL!!
They seem to have improved the customer service which was terrible and hopefully have settled in.0
