Governement looking after the `poorer`

with the news yesterday of boiler upgrades , cavity insulation etc etc
what about the run of the mill people ? like myself and partner , combined wage of something like 34 k , is there someone , somewhere , trying to keep a lid on the massive price rises ? that will affect those of us not lucky enough to get help from the state ?

They know they're going to get kicked out- anything that happens now is just trying to put a brave face on it. They don't care about ordinary voters; they're only concerned with damage limitation and lining their own pockets.
