So much for Customer Service - I am about to return the phone if nothing happens.

I have got the low radiation phones and had the same problem with it ringing when you hang up, so i rang them up told them the problem and they sent me out a little devise (free of charge) that you plug into the bt socket and it sorted out my problem.

I bought their crappy Ranger phones which lasted just about long enough to be out of warranty. I notice that they no longer sell them.

I doubt that I saved anywhere near the cost of them.

I was thinking about getting a new dialler but I'm loathe to throw good money after bad.
