Im seeking an electric heating solution that fits the following criteria:
At the moment I am using a Wall mounted 3kw convection heater, its quiet and fast at producing heat but the main problem is it heats form the ceiling down. I have tried oil filled panel heater type heaters but they take too long to heat. I am not too keen on halogen due to the glow.
Is there anything on the market that radiates heat rather than uses convection it in the 3KW range.
- As im heating my lounge it has to be quiet, no fan etc
- The Dimplex website suggest I need 3KW of heating
- The room dimentions are 15 ft long 11 ft wide 9 ft tall
- Quick heatup time
- Thermostatic control
