  • When I search available networks mine is the only one there but at one time I used to pick up a whole list, does that give any other clues as to what I have done to my laptop?

  • No, but it does suggest that there may be a problem with the wi-fi on your laptop.

Got another lappie you can use to check?
  • No just my Daughters but I wont be able to get into that one

Do you know if I can do anything to my own wifi or has my laptop had it?

  • cable

yeah tried them still wont go in helsd the rest button in but wont do anything after i rest, only thing it will do is bring up a web page for virgin adding name and password there ?? i have uninstalled al virgin off so thats why i thought the router was blocked only for vigin and had to use the set up disk

when i rung virgin been told its sommets to do with the drivers on my lptop not showing wireless, so they said they woud send out a disk with drivers on ect to put on laptop, and then try again

  • its by modem
  • when i type in that web page (router one) just comes up with virgin and add ssis?? name ect password

    then wont do nothing
