Help needed re broadband/phone deal

Hi,
Can someone help me regarding wireless broadband and home phone package. I'm currently with BT for phone which I hardly use and broadband with Virgin at £10 per month, my average bill for both over the past year has been £402...way too much I think. I would like to change to wirless and thought it would be much cheaper to have a phone package as I don't use the landline much. I've been looking at Talk Talk offer 3.25 for first three months and 6.49 thereafter and also the Tiscali offer which actually works out cheaper. I've spent ages reading reviews etc and I'm getting nowhere fast, is it best to keep my BT line therefore avoid talk talk? I live in Cardiff city centre does that effect who I sign up with with regards to wireless?
Any help would be appreciated for the best deal and best wireless service.
