Well, got a good haul this time from creative ordering, £23 pounds of stuff cheaper so extra profit straight away, a free eyeshadow and a free perfume! So pretty pleased! Even checked MIL orders for her (shes away so got to place them for her this time, unfortunately she's having problems with territory), and even though she only has 5 orders, she has £4 creative orders, and 2 free lipglosses which she could ebay if she doesn't want them! So hopefully it will show her the good side of avon and help her want to stay lol!

I know its early days for me but i tried offering a free gift if they shared their book with a freinds and placed two orders over £15 ,I didn't even care if they just filled in two order forms for theirselves if it meant bigger orders but nobody did ... not even the one lady who placed a £30 order :rotfl:

Could be way off the mark here but it seems to me that you asked them to fulfil TWO criteria i.e. introduce a friend AND order £15. Maybe try one at once....?

I include a gift tag (with parcel ribbon attached to make it look more 'gift like') confirming they will get a 'free gift' (hate that terminology as what other sort of gift is there???) if they introduce a new customer. That leaves it open - no pressure to order value - if their intro gives me a good order then they get a good pressie; if no order at all they get nothing.

C17 looks good so far, have nearly £700 in orders and still several regulars missing that do normally place big orders - still have 5 days to go so fingers crossed I can match last camps £1043 Hopefully also should get at least 5 of my team ordering for the first time so some extra comission there for me :D

Going out with ASM again tomorrow to try and find a few more reps - looking forward to that.

I will be missing C1 and C2 as will be away on hols, only come back 3 days before C3 ends so that will be a mad three days with jetlag to overcome and all regulars to visit:o

Got to ask (particularly if you've had such a good C17) if you're not intending to do C1 or C2 how are you going to deal with customers with £5 vouchers in C2?

Yes you need to put the freebie code in if it has one, as for items OOS just order everything as normal they should still send the free gift.
  • Does anyone else hav probs gettin hold of there sales leader then or is it just me?

As Deanos says, put the code in for the 'freebie' and in the case of ordering 'a set', make sure you put the quoted no. in for the set rather than the individual nos. Avon do tend to group things together so if individual items are showing as out of stock they could still be available as a set.

We're aren't all bad lol - some of us have huge teams (unfortunately not me!), some work also, and of course most have the weekends off! Hopefully they'll get back to you soon - some are rubbish though admittedly which isn't fair.
