HI iv been refused by avon to be a rep as my credit rating is bad! think that's really unfair is there anyway around this?
my sisters a rep yet she could join and she's in loads of debt.

Do you have a partner who could join? Then you can just use their account, that's what I was considering if I didn't get accepted. I have a CCJ and they accepted me. Apparently they are unlikely to accept young people or anyone who has once defrauded avon in the past.

    Good luck

Can anyone help with a quick query??

I am using the new style website for the first time and entering my Campaign 16 order. I'm trying to order 2 packs of order forms with code 90266, but it says 'Representatives are not allowed to order this product', or similar. In the stationary section it mentions 4-page order forms twice with two different codes, should I be ordering one of these instead?

    Any ideas?

(I'm completely out of forms, so need to get some with this order).

    Thanks.

A lot of my customers are older people who (although I may be judging) probably don't have the internet ... but if you have a lot of younger customers who are online then that's a good idea. I too don't like the thought of carrying too much cash around if I'm on my own

Err........'scuse me..........it's your resident pensioner here :rotfl: :rotfl:

Know what you mean though, although not all that many of my customers (of any age) use the internet very much. It would be brilliant if I could get all my orders by email - less sore feet and soggy books :D

By the way, on the subject of tissue paper, Poundland do a pack of about 50 sheets in bright colours. It may not be suitable for party use, but it's great for wrapping mystery gifts (I seal the package with the little foil stickers you can buy for kids - I've got flowers and butterflies). It makes the gift look a bit more special....well, at least I haven't had anyone give one back yet, but give it time........

That's what I want ... for them to know it's their gift and not think i've just given them someone elses order by accident :rotfl: Any colour tissue will do for them, I just want pink for the Pink Party.

Where are the stickers from? and what do you give as gifts?

  • You can get the stickers at loads of places - got mine at The Range. They're usually hanging up on one of those rotating stands. I think most stationers would do them, also Woollies, and possibly some card shops. There are lots in the pack (I bought 2 packs a year ago, and still have some left), and they range from 99p to around 1.99.

For my mystery gifts, I buy clearance items at £1 or less - shower gels, the little perfume rollettes from HT 17, and whatever else is going cheap. I usually steer clear of make-up though as it's not going to suit everyone. Sometimes I buy gift sets and split them up (as I also do with some of the freebies). The bonus hair care purse from last year made about 6 gifts, the bag itself with a perfume sample or two inside, hair ornaments, mirror etc, etc.! It's all about being [STRIKE]stingy[/STRIKE] creative really :D

    Hi ginger,

I don't think him living at the same address will be a problem as I know a few people have signed up their partners on here and I assume they live together, my husband lives with me and I plan to sign him up when I become a sale leader.

All you can do is give it a try, good luck.
