Just a quick question - hope someone can help...

My campaign 9 order is due tomorrow and because I've been rushing at the last minute lately (and panicking when the site is down!), I thought I'd be organised and put the order on today. Without thinking, I submitted it and have now received another order... :o

Is there anyway to add to the order? I believe I can do an additional order at the cost of £2.50, but when I go in to Place an order, it only shows an option of campaign 8, which would be fine as it's a back order to book 8 anyway, but why can't I see the option of campaign 9? It makes me think the order is still 'pending' somehow? (If I go into Order Tracking, the order from this morning shows 'prepared').

    Hope someone can help...

The only thing I can suggest is deliver them when the services button should be open between 9am-12pm and collect at the same time.
I know this isn't always an option for those who have 2 jobs but it is what the avon rep done in my old area as I lived in a flat. xx

What do you mean services button? Are they in normal flats? Cause these flats, including the one I'm in, they're old buildings that've been converted into flats and it's just the people in the flats that can come let me in or buzz me in if the flats have that option and it's not broken (like ours is :P)

Services button is on the buzzer entry systems it is for postmen, milk men etc to deliver it is usually only works between 7am-12pm some are 9am - 12pm so you may need to check.
Even newer flats should have this option xxxx

    Hey girls,

Can any of you tell me where I could find a list of discontinued products? I've got a customer wanting a PerfectWear Everlasting Colour lipstick in Bronze. I've looked through my books and through my old Hello Tomorrows but I can't find anything to say it's been discontinued.

    Thanks alot.

All I need to do is convince OH to let me buy it for ourselves/presents for family/freebies :D

Though mind you, if anybody orders any of those individual things out of the previous/forward book it might be worth ordering the full set as well, I did that with the Skin so soft set of 4 for £5 as someone had ordered the oil spray at £2.50 so figured may as well get the rest for myself/gifts :D Ooo I hope people do order odd parts of the set lol :D I love creative ordering :D

    what a great idea. :T
