Don't worry Hob - this one has come up time and time again. I think if you just hang on a day or two, it sorts itself out, but if not then give Avon a ring.

contact am or avon and check the details are correct she may have a digit wrond somewhere.

Have been having a flick through the catalogues, just waiting on territory at the moment so getting prepared :D Am stupidly excited Have changed my facebook status so have made everyone on there aware and am starting on my phone book tonight and tomorrow

Congrats!!! I still get excited now, am on my 6th campaign, and have brought the new HT and catalogue that came with my delivery this morning to read while I have my dinner at work tonight lol

postive post alert!.... im awfully glad i forced myself to drop them 85 books at the weekend as i have got 7 new customers - ordering about £70 worth of stuff in total :j
