what about when they send a replacement and customer doesn't want it? only had that happen once ( first campaign) and they sent me a ridiculous item which obviously went back.

just checking my account.it says associate campaign sales to achieve £372.75.what exactly is that?

Thats what you have to make each campaign or more to get in the Presidents Club

If you send replacements back i think they will deduct it

For Associate target - that is sort of the same as presidents club - but, you are allowed to reach the target within your first 18 campaigns of joining, whereas for president club it is within C1 - C18. So I joined in C4, so I have a few campaigns into next year in order to reach associate level, which gives you discounts on books. You can find info about the targets on the website, I think its under "your account" and the "presidents club" - or something along those lines, I can't log in at the moment (at work!).

I have put in the code in C8 for the invisible light concealer and it says £7 in brochure, but it's coming up £5 online - anyone else got this, or a similar problem?

Another dilemma!! A woman has ordered a bra and has put the code in for 38D but has written 36D - what should I do? Put the number in she put and if it's wrong I can always exchange?

If she's put a phone number I'd give her a quick ring to check, I've had people put descriptions & codes that don't match, once it was the code that was wrong and the description right - but on the other occaision it was the code that was right and the description was wrong!

If you can't get in touch with her, order both and send the wrong one back :D

I'm getting a bit fed up with the whole Avon thing now  sick of chasing people to pay for orders (still got 4 to get out) and now that stupid ASM put my new street on a new a/c I have to make MOV/HOV twice over which is proving difficult

Only started it to make money why OH was out of work and now he's working the pittance I make from Avon doesn't seem worth the effort considering I already work full time. Might give it a few more campaigns to give my customers and me chance to stock up :D xx

What are your views on plastic or paper bags?

Not sure which ones to get

I use both the paper bags and the carriers. If the order is small, I put it into a paper bag then use a recycled supermarket bag or cheap plain carrier bag to keep that and the new brochure together (writing the customer's name, door number, and the amount due, in permanent marker on the outside) .

For the larger orders, I use an Avon carrier bag in the appropriate size. Doing it that way means that there is always an Avon logo somewhere ;)

By the way, has anyone else noticed that the Anew Youth Awakening Lipsticks go stale very quickly? I have one that I bought late last year, and already it's lost its perfume and smells like I've had it for years! They did have a production glitch around Christmas time - I wonder if that was the reason?
