Just a quick question

Did anyone get the money maker - Solutions. If so do you know what campaign it was in as I need to credit and return mine.

I'm hoping somebody can help - a customer gave me some make-up to return last week, I entered it on the website and printed out the returns invoice for those items.

My MIL gave me a necklace today, the stone is falling out but she wants another one. Have done the returns on the internet, requesting an immediate replacement.

My question is - can I put all 3 items in the same box to give to the courier? He will obviously have 2 different returns forms to sign, but could I put the same returns label number on both forms if they are in the same box? Or would it be better to have 2 separate boxes with 2 different returns labels? If that makes sense to anyone lol!:D

Lozza - I've done this before and had no problems. I only used one return label and just got the driver to sign both forms. HTH

I can confirm I've done it too, although I put all the barcodes on the box which my driver said was fine. Definitely put all the copy return forms inside though.

got a question.i was looking for a returns form in stationary but there isn't one so i assume you can only print one out? also been looking at the sun lotion offer in HT-the one for £3 each item when you buy 5.i have 2 orders for 8 items ( only 6 available in the offer) and totalling £36.to backorder from 6 i can get the other 2 for £9.the thing is the grand total for me would be £27 making me £9 but tell me if i'm wrong but if i order from the book getting 25% commission wouldn't it still be the same???

For the suncream - I looked at the sun cream and decided that the HT offer was rubbish unless I'm missing something! They are selling you 5 at £3 each, but if you bought them in the 3 for £10 offer, with a 25% commission off, they would be £2.50 each! Unless I've done the calculations wrong!

Hi, it's getting really hard to keep up with all the updates now as I can't go on while at work anymore as they're monitoring internet usage and I'll get sacked!!

Does anyone tend to keep their HT magazines?? I'm just trying to sort out all my stationery and book-keeping so I need to keep as little as possible when I'm keeping invoices/order forms/receipts etc...

Got soaked yesterday collecting books in. only 6 left out so 10 to recollect tomorrow after dropping in reminder notes. Got 2 orders out of the 6 so was really pleased

Good morning everyone (just about lol). How is everyone?

Well I'm looking forward to Monday's delivery (18 boxes apparently). Mind you was supposed to have 12 boxes last time and only had 8. Thought some must be missing but checked it and it was all there. They must have changed their minds and put it in less boxes. Not been feeling too good last few days so hope feel better by Monday. Haven't even got books sorted out yet to go with customers orders!! Anyway have good weekend everyone.

just seen the figures onscreen.cost to me for all those products is £8.16 and a £9 profit if bought from HT.not much of an incentive to buy from HT


how do you know just how many boxes you will be getting with your stuff in? also i make the total orders to more than what avon say.i know i've sorted orders out by 2 campaigns ( to get freebies etc) but the difference is £23
