the new products in ht (all the things in the front) are demo products restricted to 1 per rep....as they are giving it to you at a cheaper rate and before it comes out in the brochure...whereas the back of ht (clearance section) you can buy as many as you like

Same thing happened to me! Made my skin really dry. I have put it in the credits section and stated "Quality/Value for money is disappointing". It's gone through fine.

funny you should bring this up, i to have been useing these and they have really dried my skin out i wont be buying it again, none of my customers have said anything but i only sold 4 others in this range

i'v used about half the pot of cream would it be worth sending it back?

This has dampened my enthusiasm for Avon now and makes me wonder if its worth the effort if I'm going to be let down

They did this to me 2 camps ago, my order was delivered next door :mad: even though it had the right address on the boxes, i had 5 boxes and could tell my neighbour wasn't to happy about taking them in,
her daughter had answered the door to the driver and took them in,
i was waitring in all day for my order then at 6pm the neighbour knopcked on my door, i rung avon they didn't seem bothered and just said it could have been a new driver, it hasn't happened since.

May as well! I bought the radiance cleanser, haven't used it yet - I hope it's ok!

I was thinking of trying this but wont bother now, has anyone tried the dry skin range?

The guy I spoke to at Avon said he was sorry when I complained on Friday evening but also didnt seem bothered, all I can say now is the delivery had better turn up by this coming Tuesday or else....

That doesn't look good for my next delivery... I've got to ask my mum and dad to come and sit in the house waiting for mine... Hope it turns up same time as last. Thought they were normally so regular??
