It does say on one of the bits of paperwork I got given when I joined that you should register for tax - I'm very surprised that she told you not to! My ASM said the same yet it's on the agreement!!
The HMRC can actually ask Avon for details of active reps and then cross-reference them to find out if anyone hasn't registered so, in my opinion, it's just not worth the risk.:jAvon Rep since C18 2008 (Sales Leader since C7 2009) and Usborne Rep since March 2008:j0 -

Hi all! Just wanted to check if the Thermafirm in the C4 beauty bonus is a cellophane wrapped one? The same as if you bought one separate? One customer has ordered the Thermafirm as their full priced £20 item to get the bag free but I could order an extra £20 anew for myself and give her the Thermafirm out of my beauty bonus bag?
