Where is my order?? So much for getting it straight out. Still no delivery, daredn't go out in case it comes and gets left somewhere else again. Also I want to check what's in it before I sign anything. Do they use their own vans or do they use courier company's? Sorry for the questions and moans but it's so frustrating. HOw is everyone else??

they use a courier company. my asm wrote the phone number down for me somewhere when i signed up. i am not sure if it is the same company all over the country though.

i am having to wait in because i don't think it is going to be the normal driver today - last time i spoke to him he said his wife was expecting her baby end of jan and he may not be working this week!!

snowwhite, your courior company is westhouse transit in corby, their number is 01536 268112. When you call tell them you are Avon and if they ask for a refernce number this will be your account number. It could well be tomorrow that they deliver as there is a coventry route tomorrow. However, Avon might not have even got it out yet - quite often missing items come through the post and take over a week.

Avon are great aren't they? I am having massive problems over returns and recharges and it's like banging my head against a brick wall :wall:

I am off out tonight to get back my second lot of cats. Only need £45 to make the upper order vlaue so I am hopefull.

How long do you leave cats with peeps??

about three days - but i have some regulars who like to have book over weekend so they can all have a look on a sunday. one ladys daugher always goes for sunday lunch and their last combined order was £75 so def worth making sure they have weekend book!!!!!

I was expecting my del yesterday but it didnt turn up. Have checked on the net and it says redieved by carrier.How long should i wait before i phone and ask where it is. (order was put in on correct day).

i would phone now if i was you - it is probably in the warehouse or at the back of a drivers van.

may have even been delivered to another rep :eek:
