  • Oh b***eration!!!!!

Just looked at a barcode and realized that the first part of the number is my customer reference number, so it's not going to work :o .

Oh well, back to square one - sorry Lisa

Hi all, I ordered 5 of the Anew Rejuvenate money makers in HT2 and got 2 free. Have just checked invoice for C2 (delivery due friday) and have the 5 down as charged but not the 2 free ones. I haven't sold any :rotfl: Do I have to credit all 7 back or just the 5 on the invoice? xx

  • Help....what do I do?

Was supposed to have my order sent by ten last night.

I had got it all ready and was just waiting for one customer to maybe drop their order in last minute before I sent.

Customer never came and I completely forgot about sending my order. Doh!!

Do I have to do it as an additional order and get charged a fee? Normally someone rings if they think you haven't sent order but not this time.

I was also going to skip camp 4 so I could also send this order as a back order when the next order is due.

Any ideas would be gratefully received. x

I did the same last campaign and i just put the order through 7am the following morning and it still arrived as normal...however it may be too late for this now depending when your order had to be submitted.
If its too late i guess the best thing will be to wait until you do the next order like you said!!

    Hope someone can advise me!!
I currently work part time in a pub and do Avon aswel.
I'm due to have my second baby on the 20th July and wandered if anyone knows what happens about doing avon whilst claiming Maternity Allowance. I'm guessing i am not officailly meant to do this but i'm obviously keen not to stop with the avon as i have alot of very good customers.
My area is the street i live on so it will be easy for me to continue serving the regular customers. Would i have to transfer my account into someones else's name temporarily???
If anyone has done this or knows more info please help me
    Thanks in advance

Just tried putting order through but it is already saying how long till the camp 4 order.

Was umming and arring about missing a book due to them being too close, so looks like the decision has been made for me.

    Hi,

I did AVON for the last couple of weeks i was on maternity allowence. If you look through your maternity allowence paperwork there should be something about "keeping in touch days" meanning you can work 10 days during the time your on maternity allowence without it affecting your money - but be warned even if you do 30 mins on one day thats counted as a whole day.

All I did was made sure I did as much on one day as possible to minimise how many days i used up and just kept a list of the days i worked and rang them up (number on my paperwork) and they logged the dates id worked on my file.

NOT sure if you do over 10 days with AVON how it would work because i only worked 7 days as i started AVON towards the end of my maternity allowence period. I think you can work more but they deduct money from your allowence. Id ring them and ask how that works though as obviousy unlike a normal job you dont "earn" every day because your not on an hourly wage/salary so they couldnt deduct that days wages which is the usual thing

Hope that helps a little.

Well i took a chance on sunday and put out 48 C2 books on some my new territory because:

A/ i had a few days left and hardly any orders on C3
B/ i felt i had to cover this territory at some point so may aswell use the sale book
C/ to be honest - just to get rid of some of them when people didnt give me them back - less for me to lug to the recycling!!:rotfl:

Collected them back in yesterday, got 25 back and and I got 6 new customers from them 25 books :D:D:D I also had 4 orders out of the 6 regular customers i had put last minute books out too at the same time - so 10 orders in one day from a drop i almost wasnt going to bother doing! :o:o:o

    [new rep incentive talk warning...]

And the best bit is them orders took my up to £255 sales so i will qualify for my new rep incentive thingy so long as can get £250 next campaign too. Really didnt think i was going to make it this time (and wasnt too bothered as can buy the vanity case anyway) but I'm still pleasently surprised :D

  • Got £100 orders and putting out another 30 books today but have to be careful as can't afford to go over the £200 limit.
  • Hi I'm new, been following the thread for a while.

I started out with Avon 5 campaigns ago and have been doing ok, first campaign I got £250 sales, second camp I got £450 (xmas sales), since then I've got £320 and £250 last time. Due to submit order on Friday this week, so far I've got £170, but I've got newish territory to pick up from tomorrow, so fingers crossed for some sales. Lots of customers have ordered this time but the amounts are smaller than previously, to be expected after xmas I guess! Have found the short campaigns quite labour intensive, be glad to see C3 gone to be honest!

I wondered if anyone knew what was in the £60 Boost your Business Pack in the HT? It says please refer to previous Hello Tomorrow issues for contents but I've looked through my HT's and can't find anything. Any ideas?

Hope everyone does well this time,

    BusyMum
