......and when you get the basic ones at the side of the 'reply' tile, click on 'more'. It opens a new window with loads of others (open it to full screen so you can see them all). Click on the one you want, then close that window. You'll see it has come up as words on your message, but will change to a picture when you preview or submit

my ASM has ordered me the £50 pack instead of the £25 one!! So im now £25 out of pocket more than i expected to be! :rolleyes: :mad:
AND everything is in stock so i could have done my clever ordering which would have give me about a extra £30 commission but i didnt because i was worried it would leave me without items or without vouchers that were mentioned but turns out every customer gets them anyway not just the ones who ordered ANEW products like i thought :mad:
Was having a bad enough day as it was... now i just feel like crying! I dont have £25 "spare" to make up for my ASM's mistake.Part of me wonders if no one else took her up on the offer so she did it to make her look better:rolleyes: But maybe im just being cynical....

That was not nice of her.. i am still undecided about ordering any. none of my reps are taking the offer up either.
Have you spoken to her about it?
Was she helpful probably not.

Not spoke to her about it... i have emailed avon though saying i didnt want it i wanted the £25 one and have the email to prove it so will be returning alot of the items!!:rolleyes: I have gone through and worked out how much "credit" id get for each item using the website and will spend one campaign or 2 trying to flog them for break even/profit... if not i will return them!:rolleyes: :mad:
Just a quick query about returns... ive had a last minute return of some eyeshadow from a customer i have already submitted my order so if i submit this credit now would i have to wait to send it back NEXT time because my invoice is already prepared showing my credits for this time? Or could i send it back with the driver on tuesday when i get my delivery?
Oh and do they come off the total for the campaign you send them back in... or the campaign they were invoiced on?0 -
Poor Johanne - it's horrible when things go wrong like that, but don't panic too much as most things are 'sort-outable'. :grouphug:
Your credits come off the next payment, so if you've not paid your bill yet, then you could deduct the credits and just pay the difference. You then have 36 days to either sell them or return them. If you sell them they will just be recharged when they're not returned.

Dont return any items unless you have submitted a return, or Avon wont credit you for these items!Proud to be dealing with my debts

oh i know!
I just wondered if i could submit credits inbetween submitting my order and getting my delivery then return appropriates items with that delivery... but i think i'll just wait anyway till next delivery.
Wish my ASM had actually shown me how to do returns so i didnt have to ask stupid questions... without you guys i wouldnt have a clue!! She never actually showed me how to submit and order or anything... :rolleyes:0 -

Is anyone taking a campaign off over Christmas /new year.
I am, I submit C1 today for del on thurs ( a day earlier than normal ).
C2 has to be in on Jan 5, so I am just going to order books and HT stuff.
I told my ASM ages ago she seemed upset, but I am determined to spend quality time with family , not chasing after Avon books.
