I have a problems with returns. I sent a 2 boxes back 2 campaigns ago but only seem to have been credited for 1. What can i do?

Hi,
Can anyone help? I have a lovely customer who ordered 2 sets of the butterfly sleep lights, but they were out of stock. I have managed to get one set for her, but having no joy with the other. Does anyone have a spare set?

Also, I have 2 customers who have only ordered things that are out of stock and therefore have no delivery for them. I'm going to knock today to let them know but if they are not home do you think a note to let them know is sufficient? Or should I try and call back when they are home?

I always prepare a little note to post through the letterbox a couple of days before delivery just reminding them of the total, if any items are missing and a time of delivery then my details if they need to change the delivery time. It seems to work.

hi guys i got my order today and loads of the products i ordered from HT clearance are out of stock now but wernt when i ordered them!!!im so fed up of bein on mail plan o!and to rub salt in the wound got the next copy of HT and all the products were still in there?

Oh how annoying Shelley. How do you find out what mail plan you are on. I'm still disappointed that Avon run out of Daleks and poinsetta lights. And the fact that Avon had the cheek to charge me for the lights which I should get credited back this order.

Still got books to get in but i think total is nearly £400. My fault have been too busy recruiting etc..
Trying to build team up for when they start leaving after xmas.

Got to canvess my new area of 130 houses. I'm doing them on a book behind my other customers to save on the amount of brochures I have to buy. Their first delivery will be 9th Jan. Do you think it is too early to start canvessing?
