I think i would have to call them and sort that one out, emails are usually slow.

Kay, did your payment definitely go through? if a payment is rejected for any reason it pings back onto your balance. Or did you put through returns? I ALWAYS seem to get a recharge for returns, even when I send them back straight away.

Can anyone remember what the solution to the postcodes when registering problem was (other than to throw PC out of window lol) It is seriously doing my head in now!

Well i have had a rubbish C17 coming up to Christmas I expected it to be better but o well.

Only got £195 in orders and now my road of about 100 people has gone down to just 5. I used to post through everyones door but this Campaign I put a note in saying to tick yes or no if they did or didnt want another one. I got about 10 books back and no one had bothered to fill it in.

Have e-mailed my RUBBISH ASM to see if I can get another road but I'll probably be waiting months as still not had a reply from my last one about 3 months ago.
