wish me look people. hoping for lots of orders but its elderly people who i dont think would tend to order stuff on my territory.
someone does my street, but i never got a book from them, i was considering making poster things askin people interested to contact me for a book, and ideas on this?

Ive actually found older people to be good customers.

Can you ask your sales mananger or ASM who does your street and try and find out whether they are still covering it - they maybe down on paper as doing it but dont bother any more - if you are friendly with your next door neghbours maybe ask them if they have had books before etc?

Thats a shame about that - did you find any of them wanting more books in the future? If you havent asked or havent had a definate dont give me a book, then it could be worth dropping book off a few more times giving them the option of saying yes or no to future books - i put a wee slip in the book asking them to tell me if they have ordered, would like book in future or do not wish the book again - some people use an option of only posting book at xmas time?

Hope the other sixty houses are better!

  • hi mini laura,

i havent asked no but i gave my neighbours a book they dont get one.

she does still do it ive seen her going about, but i think she may of developed her customers and just go to them, so i was thinking about re-canvassing the area, but not all of it.

i dont want to tread on any toes though!!

i hope the old people order from me, im excited about my avon and want it to go well, i no im sad lol

  • what about approaching the other rep and asking them if you could ask your ASM to take over the territory she doesnt cover? Ie she keeps her named houses and you can try the rest!

    hello all,

I paid my c17 last week and my balance was still £1.26 now it seems avon have charged me £180!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is outrageous, anyone with any advice??
  • I don't mean to sound rude but have you placed an order for £180? Check your account balance online, it should give you the reason you have been charged.
Proud to be dealing with my debts
