  • you should have been given a returns book when you first started so use that?

i didn't get a returns book - in fact i didnt get anything apart from books, order forms and a basic book about how to do things. on my first order i ordered a returns book just in case my printer / computer had a funny moment...

han - can you speak to another avon rep in your area? or can you use parents / friends / neighbours computer to print it off?

if you are really stuck i have a returns form (computer print off and the manual book one) that i could scan and send over to you so you know what it looks like....

    loki x
it's nice to be important but more important to be nice!! :kisses3:

Use a returns form, or just write it down on a bit of paper if you havent got any, if you havent just order another one

i seem to find that avon loose my returns most of the time and then it sets me of in a panic like this time i sent them back then email asking why they have been recharged then they say that they have no details of me returning them i scan a copy of the returns slip and send it to them and they say they cant read it and get me to send it to them i hope they will refund my account as i have about "£200 of returns in it what else can i do to proove that i sent them back as they should be able to track them cas i have noway

We never have problems with returns, unless the driver is nicking them or someone is taking them off the van

Picking up my books tomorrow from my second campaign and im so nervous! I have this sinking feeling that no-one is gonna order....

a/ because people who didnt order didnt seem that interested last time - most books came back not even looked at.

b/Those that did order only got their orders this week and alot "bulk bought" things and bought lots of christmas gifts already

and c/ C18 is actually not much different to C17? People seem disapointed asking is that the christmas book as theres not much christmas in it?!

sure it will be ok but doubt i'll get £337 in sales like last time :(

The driver signs the receipt so there is your proof you have sent it
